Taiwanese Dinner Dr. Michael Yeun hosted about 40 people at his home on Thursday evening, June 25th. There was still a lot of cleaning to be done there.
Whitewater On Sunday, May 31st, Paramus Rotaractors and members of the four Paramus Rotary Clubs set forth on a day of travel down a swollen Delaware River. Canoes and kayaks were banned; four to six person inflatable rafts the only means of transport. Kittatinny Canoe had the group sign extra wavers because of the height and speed of the water. Saved for the end, Mayor James Tedesco appeared in a tuxedo and received applause and acclaim. The appreciation was not aimed at the Mayor, but at Haley Santos, his nine month old granddaughter who was in his arms. That cute little tyke smiled at everyone and then waved to all, a starlet! The audience oohed and aahed at the Mayor's bundle of joy and applauded Haley's responses.
