Millburn-based charity "Hoop-A-Paluza" has renewed its commitment to Children's Aid and Family Services, naming the agency as a legacy beneficiary of its proceeds. Hoop-A-Paluza's mission is to engage the community in the act of helping children by supporting local charities which strive to improve the physical and mental well-being of children in New Jersey. The fundraiser, which raised over $500,000 last year, will include a free-throw competition on Sunday, November 16, 2008, from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Milburn High School in Milburn, NJ.
