When Paramus Sunrise Rotary Club President Anthony Iacono heard that The Group Study Exchange people from Finland would be visiting the Paramus Rotary Club before departing this week, he suggested that his club visit Paramus, noontime at Seasons in Washington Twsp.Ten members of Sunrise visited the club at noon to show support for Anthony and the Finnish visitors. During Happy Dollars, our President made sure that our visit would be memorable. He donated $100.00 to the noon club to show appreciation for the fact that they were our sponsors when we were chartered in June! Paramus noon applauded the noble gesture!
Vice President Paul Troast, who was officiating, thanked Iacono and gave the Sunrise Club a warm welcome.
It was like old home week for Mukesh Malkan and Mel Fabrikant, former members of the Paramus Club and founders of the new club. They reveled in the greeting and good wishes that they received from their friends,
Paul and past president Maryann Siniscalchi thought that we should get together more often. They even 'threatened' to visit the Paramus Sunrise Rotary Club. www.paramussunrise,org at the IBEW Local 164 Training Center on the corner of Century and Robin Roads.
