Rotarians are active in Paramus

We would like to show you how active Rotary Clubs and Rotarians are in Paramus. By culling some pictures from the 4th of July Parade, we were able to show Rotarians from both the noon club and the Sunrise Club.

This year, the Paramus Rotary Club manned a float and a banner. Some of their members were involved in other organizations in the march. Marty Diamond was promoting the new miniature golf course, Tom Ciaiffi was marching with the Catholic war vets. Len Goldblatt was driving his white vintage convertible for the Republican Club, Karl Krause, the Candyman, drove his old but polished station wagon.Paramus Sunrise Club members were sprinkled all over the length of the parade. Starting out with President Anthony Iacono carrying a future Rotarian, Mike Blitzstein and Mayor Tedesco, we saw Chief Rick Cary, Ed Onorato riding with the Catholic War Vets, Mukesh Malkan and Simki Shah marching with the Indian Americans of Paramus.

Of course that dynamic trio of Sam & Sophie Stone and Mel Fabrikant were busy taking pictures of entire parade for the benefit of those that couldn't be there.

We also have advance pictures of the three flower boxes at the Paramus Bandshell. Dedication ceremony will take place on Tuesday evening before the Dupres start to play.
